You can have your parcel delivered to any address where it can be signed for to confirm safe receipt. We cannot take responsibility for any parcels note signed for. You will be emailed once your order has been despatched.
Web, phone and order form orders will be despatched by Royal Mail standard
For large deliveries we will use a courier and then a signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If you are out a card will be left notifying you of delivery and detailing who to contact to arrange delivery at a convenient time. Second attempt deliveries may be charged and if parcels are returned to Carrots UK Ltd there will be a £10 handling charge.
Please note that delivery is subject to stock availability. If we have no stock of the desired item we will call you and see how you would like to proceed, you can either choose an alternative product or choose a refund.
Please note we will only charge one lot of postage for each order no matter how many parcels it requires.
A refund will be provided by us on any returned items as long as they are in their original packaging, unsoiled and unused within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to pay the cost of returning items to us. We must receive goods before we can refund or despatch an exchange. Please note we will not refund delivery charges but no further postage will be charged on replacement items. You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order – letter, fax or email. We do not give refunds on items returned after 7 days.
If goods are received damaged or faulty please return them immediately for inspection and accept our apology. We shall, either replace the goods, credit your account or issue a refund. Postage costs will be reimbursed for valid claims. We do not give refunds or replacements on damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days of receipt.
